III. Shipping Timeframes:
International shipping times do not include order processing time (typically 1-3 business days). Estimated transit times from the date of dispatch are as follows:
Standard Shipping: Approximately 5 - 15 business days.
Expedited / Express Shipping: Approximately 3 - 10 business days.

IV. Shipping Costs:
1.Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your chosen shipping method, destination, and the weight and volumetric dimensions of the product(s). The specific amount will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.
V. EU Tariffs, Taxes, and Import Fees:
Regarding customer orders from EU countries.Product prices do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be charged by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any import duties, Value-Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other customs-related fees that may be levied when your package arrives in the destination country. These charges are not collected by us but are assessed by the local customs authority or carrier during clearance. The specific amount depends on your country's laws and regulations and the declared value of the goods. We recommend consulting your local customs office for more information in advance.
Ⅵ. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the logistics tracking number and a link for inquiries. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your package on the "My Orders" page of our website or on the carrier's official website.
Ⅶ . Customs Clearance:
All international shipments must go through customs inspection in the destination country.
To facilitate smooth clearance, we will accurately complete the commercial invoice as required by law, declaring the contents, quantity, and value of the goods.
Customs may require the recipient to provide additional information or documents (e.g., ID number, tax number) to complete clearance. The carrier or local customs office will typically contact you directly. Please be sure to cooperate and provide the necessary information to avoid delays or return of your package.
Ⅷ. Handling Shipping-Related Issues:
Prolonged Lack of Tracking Updates: If there are no tracking updates for an unusually long period (e.g., exceeding 30 days for Standard Shipping or 15 days for Express Shipping), please contact our customer service promptly. We will assist you in initiating an inquiry with the carrier.
Package Damaged/Lost in Transit:
1. Damaged: Please take photos as evidence immediately upon receipt or discovery and contact our customer service promptly. Depending on the specific circumstances, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or provide a solution for you (replacement or refund).
2. Lost: If the package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will initiate the claim process and prioritize arranging a replacement or refund for you.
3. Package Held/Returned by Customs: If a package is held or returned by customs due to reasons such as unpaid duties, declaration issues, or containing prohibited items, the associated responsibilities and costs (e.g., return shipping fees) will be borne by the customer.
Ⅸ. Address Changes & Order Cancellations:
If your order has not yet entered the "Shipped" status, you can contact customer service to attempt an address change or order cancellation.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, we will be unable to change the address or cancel the order. You may need to contact the local carrier to attempt a delivery address change, but this may incur additional fees and success is not guaranteed.
