I. Refund & Return Policy:

1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request areturn or exchange within 10 days & nbsp;of receiving your order.

2. If the return is due to product defects, wrong item shipped, or damage during delivery, we'll cover the return & nbsp;shipping cost and offer a full refund.

3. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. dislike, wrong size, change of mind), the buyer is responsible for & nbsp;return shipping costs.

4. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return.

II. Negotiate Returns:

The quickest way to ensure you receive a refund is to return the item you own. Once the return is accepted, you need to complete the return of the original product within 7 working days. The cost of returning the product will be borne by you personally. After we confirm receipt of the goods you sent back, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.But before that, you can negotiate with us. We can provide you with other solutions.

III. European Union 7 Day Cooling off Period：
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide proof of purchase.

IV. Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
